bad service!

I was at the 400 Auto Wreckers this morning to get 2 front tires replaced on my van.After I left I noticed shaking while driving and a grinding noise.I pulled into a parking lot and found that the lug nuts were not done up on my wheel and the rim was off the hub.I called the business and they said there was a lot of commotion while the man was working on our van.My windows were closed and it was only 1 man working on the wheels.I asked him if he could fix this problem and he said he was just on his way out the door.I asked him what can we do and he said quote" accidents happen right" unquote! I do not recommend this 400 Auto Wreckers to anyone.They do not take responsibility for there mistakes!Very bad business.
