Best pizza i've had in a while, service is always fast and friendly, their pizza slices have the most bang for there buck for sure.

Just awful. Said pizza would be ready in 15 mins and 1hr 10mins later my pizza was made on top of someone else's burnt pizza. Garlic fingers were ice cold. This isn't one experience, time an time again they further to disappoint me, but lack of options in enfeild. If a competitor is reading this, open a franchise and you'll win

I ordered a pizza...

I ordered a pizza at 12:45am, Saturday night, they are open until 2am. They said it would be 30 minutes. At 2:00am, they still hadn't arrived, so I called and there was no answer. The pizza never arrived. This is simply unacceptable. They agreed to the delivery of service, and never made due. I have never experienced such poor service, and I will be calling to talk to a manager as soon as possible. I will NEVER order from them again.

HORRIBLE!!

We ordered TWO pizzas while leaving Halifax after one particularly long day of work. We were told TWENTY MINUTES. We arrived with a few minutes to kill, but when my boyfriend didn't return to the car fifteen minutes later, I went in to gently remind him we'd been waiting over a half hour. I come to find out that not only is the "new" girl "stunned", and clearly completely incompetent, they screwed our order up royally. We ended up leaving FOURTY FIVE MINUTES after placing the order, with a donair we didn't order (and I now have to eat because, after all, we PAID for it, but DIDN'T ORDER IT......) and a single pizza, AT FULL PRICE. The customer service here is TERRIBLE and I recommend visiting ANY other pizza place if you would like to get what you order......

I found the staff weren't that friendly and the pizza was a bit bland.
