I visited Prep in December of 2013, and was very disappointed. Very unprofessional - all of the stylists were drinking wine and gossiping the entire time I was getting my hair done right where I was seated. My stylist was late for my appointment, and left multiple times to go check on another client while I was in the chair. They don't seem to have a handle on booking - some stylists are in charge of their own schedules and the receptionist cannot book appointments, which is extremely inconvenient as a client. WAYYYYYY over priced. A trim and blow dry (no flat iron finish) set me back $40 + taxes and tip. Not worth the money at all.
