Passport Photo West

Super rude woman taking the photos. Went in to get photos for myself, two year old and 5 month old. As soon as I told her we were all taking photos she already sighed and seemed unhappy. My 5 month old was quick, but when it came to my two year old she was so impatient. She settled on a photo where my child is looking away. You would think a photographer would know how to deal/be more patient with children. Wish I spent my $45 somewhere I could better service.

Appalled by prior ratings

I am astonished to find the prior ratings to be so poor. A very courteous and patient young lady assisted me. This is my 3rd passport photo and as someone who has dabbled in photography I know very few people have "attractive" passport photos due to the angle of lighting. Photo is taken for recognition of your facial features and not for your hidden talent in modeling. The facilities were in good order, wait was short, and price was reasonable. Overall, I was very content with this service.

The woman who works there is literally the most miserable person I've met ever in life. Based on the previous reviews I'm baffled that this woman still has a job. She appears to be devoid of any type if emotion and treats customers like cattle waiting to be herded. I wasn't even ready and she snapped my pic before I could even sit down and position myself correctly. I am now stuck with a horrible pic for the next 10 yrs on my passport. I would rather pay a little extra in the future and have a better quality photo than be disrespected.

Terrible customer service!

I brought my kids here to have their passport photos taken. The girl working there barely said a word to us the whole time we were there. My 1 year old went first. She said nothing, only stood there glaring at him and he started to cry. My 3 year old was next. Still not a word, just a look of pure hatred on her face. Both kids look terrified in their pictures. I was shocked by how rude she came across. Totally unfriendly! Awful experience. Will not be going back!!

First time I tried to come here they were closed even though their phone message said they were open. Today I tried again she answered the phone said they were open and then hung up on me as I was mid sentence asking if they closed for lunch. Then they just stopped answering the phone. It's just not worth the risk of going here. Service is hit and miss and if they are closed there is nowhere else nearby to get your photos done.
