Awful service, be aware!

Ordered cab on Thursday for 5pm from Oak Bay to Victoria Clipper for 6pm departure. Cab didn't show up on time, dispatcher didn't call me to inform about delay. I called them at 5:05 pm, got response that they overloaded, but promised me cab in 10 min. Didn't come not at 5:15, neither 5:20 pm. Cancel, took my own car, left it on Clipper parking, paid a lot of unexpected money for parking, was at 5:50pm on Clipper. Never ever will use that company.

Victoria Taxi Service

In the past year I have used the services of Victoria taxi to drive my parents and friends around in emergency and other situations where I needed to get direct and effecient transportation. This morning one of my friends had been stabbed and has suffered a lot of injuries in his hands as a ritualistic and traditional initiation, so I had to leave with him so he can heal elsewhere that is safe and disease free. We asked the taxi from The City of Victoria to come get us and it was a leasurly and relaxing drive that got us to where we wanted to be for the time being.
