Broke my brand new desk, only took $20 off the bill, didn’t add up the bill properly, which we realized after they left - I wouldn’t even have normally checked but we were blown away by how expensive it was when the move only took 2 hrs. Of course called the office to inquire about all of this, they told me that I could email, but the guy that handles complaints hurt his leg so they didn’t know when I’d hear back. It’s now been a month and a half... nothing. Definitely pick another company.
