An amazing place to kickbutt and learn to kickbox. The classes are lots of fun and will push you to your limits but make you want to come back for more. Great Variety of class times to fit any schedule.

Signed up for kickboxing over a month ago. Best choice I have made in a long time. The people are amazing at cascadia. It's not scary or intimidating at all. You walk in there and immediately you are a part of something great.

Somehow being sweaty and extremely tired will be the most relaxing part of your day :D

Great workout with great instructors!

Such an amazing place to get fit and have fun doing it! The instructors are passionate about making it a high energy, supportive environment and it's a great place to learn. I've never sweat so much and the workouts give great results. Highly recommend checking it out.
