La-Z-Boy

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

Great experience all around. Murray was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions and recommendations to help us narrow down our choice. The delivery was done on time and the guys were in and out in no time. We went over the chairs to check for damage and we tested them, all was great. They cleaned up all the packing materials then were on their way. ? for La-Z-Boy.
