Never again
I was on a tight deadline which I emphasized over and over and sure enough the kitchen was 8 days late. Not only was it late numerous parts were missing! They lied when they told me it was all there as a major glass door and numerous parts were missing! IT took 5 months to finally get it all. I was told if I had been more reasonable they would have treated me better and the reason for not telling about the missing door was "it wouldn't have changed the outcome" IE I'd still have to wait. wow
