Penticton Honda Centre

Horrible and untrustworthy service department. Had a persistent oil leak that they could not fix, spent hundreds of $ on this. Took it to another mechanic and turns out there was no leak, oil had been spilled all over engine by Penticton Honda at last oil change. Had weird noise coming from engine, Honda insisted it was A/C unit. Charged me $600 and didn't fix the problem. Other mechanic fixed it and only charged me $80. Now Honda is trying to get me to spend more money on the A/C unit.

Is there a slimier car-lot than this? I highly doubt it! We were looking at a Honda that was listed for private sale in Penticton. Since we were going to drive all of the way from Nelson B.C. to pick-up the car we thought that it was prudent to have it checked out by a Honda mechanic To that end we called Penticton Honda (As we didn't know what a bunch of slime they are) Penticton Honda immediately CALLED the seller and told her that they should sell it to THEM and to forget about the deal.

Been dealing with this company for over 10 years and have had exceptional service...it is unfortunate when people give bad reviews in peak season knowing when they drop off repairs they are repaired in order recieved

Slowest service ever absolutely ridiculous. Go do a better mechanic this one is a complete waist of time and money.
