I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from these folks. I purchased a refurbished stove from them which included a 6 month warranty. I believe another business in town who sells refurbished appliances only offers a 30 or 60 day warranty. I started having problems with the oven soon after the warranty expired, but they were good enough to honour it and try to fix it. When they couldn't fix it they offered me a full refund of the purchase price. I would highly recommend them.
