    Hands down, my best online shopping experience.

    Amazing customer service and great value! The store has a great selection of almost any gear you would want, and the website has even more. I received prompt delivery of the items I ordered online and the staff went above and beyond in helping me get exactly what I needed / what would work best for me. I'll be back and will be recommending Alberni Outpost to others!

    Don't go there unless you really have to!

    Yes they have lots of kayaks and canoe's, but the last time I visited there the owner (Richard) is very rude and is more interested in his profit than serving you the customer. I don't disagree that he has to have profit, but he does it in an extremely unprofessional manner.

    Hi Colin So sorry I did something to upset you. Not sure what happen but feel free to call me at 250-760-0044 . Seems like it was something about the price of a item as per your comment. We do have a best price guarantee that we would beat anyone's price on the same item so some confusion here but I will do what I can to make things right.
