Really frustrating experience. I came in with an arm/shoulder injury. The doctor did't listen to me when I said that the pain was primarily in the front of my bicep and shoulder. She said she "thought" it was a rotator cuff injury (which it actually isn't) and sent me for an X-Ray to check for a fracture. After getting the X-Ray she never got back to me. I assumed this was because there wasn't a fracture. It turns out there WAS a fracture. Patients have a right to accurate, timely information.

I have been in this clinic about a doz. times and found them very helpful. Not a problem waiting as we have a shortage of doctors. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Give them a break.

NOT a walk in. More like a same day appt office.

Lol so I don't get why it's be called a walk in clinic when I walked into today and there was one person sitting in the waiting room, barely 2 cars in the parking lot but still a sign up that says 2 hours wait time lol so I get off work an hour early to go to the walk in that as a walk i would have to wait 2 hours in an empty clinic while others who phoned on previously get bumped ahead of me. I understand they have a lot of clients but that's crazy they're basically a drs office taking appts

This is one of the only clinics in Maple Ridge who will let you sign up and leave so ur not waiting for the doctor. My entire family goes there and we always have nothing but awesome experiences. I always recommend this place and they have a pharmacy beside them so it takes minutes to get everything you need.

Every time I have...

Every time I have ever gone to this clinic was because I get chronic UTI's. So I know what I need when I go in , just more antibiotics. Just to see a doctor for 2 seconds to write on a piece of paper the name of a prescription drug, I have to wait about 2 hours every single time. It. Is. So. Slow.
