Where has customer service gone!?!
Tonight, my husband went through drive through and once again we did not receive everything that was ordered! He ordered 3 regular meals and a kids meal for our daughter. When he got home with it, our daughter thinking she was going to have her chicken nuggets only had fries and a toy! What good is a toy? Where is the food that was paid for? Once again, not straws or other condiments! Sure they gave us a new kids meal with fresh fries and nuggets when we went back, but what a WASTE!! Not only for Wendy's, but also for us having to drive back and forth! It would also be nice if we knew that the manager understood what was being said to him by the customer; a smile is nice, but comprehension is better. Wendy's in Fort St John has gone down hill over the last three (plus) years. The managers appear to have trouble speaking English and understanding what you are trying to tell them! Please, Wendy's, PLEASE put people in the customer service positions with people who actually care about quality and customer service! Tell your employees that QUALITY is much more APPRECIATED than QUANTITY!
