    We were looking t...

    We were looking to change our old wood doors. Had multiple quotes for replacement.By far best price we could find. The guys who came out were very nice. They were here for about 3 hours and were finished with the old doors hauled away.Very impressed, Love my new doors :-)

    The service was s...

    The service was same day and friendly but way over priced. I wish I had been told upfront I would be charged a full hr for 2 guys plus pickup and other extras even tho they were here less than 15 min. for almost $200.00 I would have tried harder to adjust it myself or done without the electric opener.

    I called at 6 on ...

    I called at 6 on a Sunday my spring had busted. The guy was here in a hour and helped get my car out so I could go to work.He got the door working and came back the next morning with a new spring....Runs great!!Awesome service!

    I had a very hard...

    I had a very hard time getting a hold of anyone in the office. Usually I got the answering service. I was told to go to the office at noon but nobody was there to meet me. I had all of the information, including the model number and still I could not get the door ordered. I got disconnected again today so I phoned Viper Overhead Door and was able to order the door(for a lower price) and provide a deposit over the phone. I have never had to work so hard to give a company my money.
