Bureau en gros

I couldn't get a refund for a webcam I bought here cause the serial number on the webcam doesn't match the serial number on its box. This is of course a manufacturer's mistake, but even so I have been denied further assistance at the store. In addition, an employee named Lok told me that the mistake was mine (hinting that I was a scammer) and threatened to ban me and my boyfriend from Staples. Poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life. Hopefully there will be a personnel change soon.

They got my computer now going on 2 week. They told us we will get it back on Sunday that will be 2 weeks tomorrow. Still no computer so yesterday we went back to see what the hell is going on. They said it will be done tonight. But still no computer. I'm going to wait until Monday if I don't hear anything from then I am going to the big boss.

not impressed

I bought a new laptop and brought my old one in to transfer files the next morning. The 'technician' there managed to kill my old hard drive, which was working fine the night before, and proceeded to charge me 50 dollars for diagnostic. Didn't know that Staples tech's used a hammer for diagnostics. Not impressed.

It is very well looked after and clean looking and the staff are very helpful!! They make you feel important.
