This is a great company. They always do their best to accommodate their clients. They bend over backwards to get the job done. Denise in the office always returns calls in a timely fashion. Their technicians Teddy and Nolito have never failed to fix the problem. Come winter or summer these guys get the job done to satisfaction. It is very reassuring to know such good professional help still exists.

We knew the SPRING to our Garage Door was the problem. I guess after 16 years of working perfectly, this was to be expected. However, we should have immediately contacted Creative Door but did not notice their sticker in our garage. Finally, after several attempts to have it fixed by other companies, we clued in and phoned Creative Door. They were the best ever! Dave was the perfect expert and fixed our broken spring in the hour quoted and charged us the price we were quoted. Best company!!
