Answered all of my questions about what he was doing and when he left the follow up was just as good. I received a copy of the report at the end of the inspection and a letter from the owner shortly after,

Terrible work, no switches line up or are square, dimmer switches are upside down, never finished putting in smoke alarms. Refuses to come fix things and claims hes finished
