    Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous! Lire plus

    Ferhad Sean Amiri, the new lawyer who took over Larry Routenberg‘s practice at Metro Law (in ‘2022?) in Metrotown was awesome. He picked up my file from 2011 with Larry. He is “to-the-point” and his initial consultant rate was very reasonable. He explained the pros & cons and then elaborated the pros out-weight the cons.     I wanted noodles and this did the trick. Beef yakisoba. All hot items are made to order fresh with your choice of protein and choice of noodle. I just love the teriyaki sauce and with restraint I did not ask for more. The food is prepared fairly quickly on their grill. Lire plus
