Brooke Radiology

Brooke Radiology on Hastings Street, Burnaby is so out of touch from reality they still use a fax machine that does not deliver the documents to my Doctor. This has happened twice now. I am surprised that they don't use smoke signals to communicate. Why not use an email with attachments to convey information to my Doctor? Try and reach them by phone and you cannot get through. Leaving a message gets no service either. I don't know what the receptionists are doing there ... they are incompetent!

Foot xray twice due to poor imaging first time. Lack of privacy with guards who accompanied a prisoner into next room over staring into the rooms. Will go someplace else now

Great place to go. Had to get my foot x-rayed twice this year and both times the staff were super friendly and and I was quickly in and out of the office. Love the convenicence of their opening hours as I needed to be able to go before work.

manager of this location is speaking in a very angry voice. clients are removed from booked apointments.they are not informed about it.Brookie does what they want with booking and rebooking people.It happens to my friends too.Something must be done about it.

The most horrible experience I have ever had having any sort of imaging done. The place is run down and the bathroom is dirty with linoleum peeling off the sink. The male ultrasound tech was extremely rude. I also requested a female be in the room for the exam and I overheard her complaining about having to do it while I was changing. I was not even given a paper towel or Kleenex to wipe off the jelly when he finished. I am going to speak to my doctor and request to never be sent here again.

All of the people that work here are rude and when i had an xray the lead fell off! I was told i was being rude when i expressed concern and told i screwed up cause i didnt breath deep enough when i had a chest x ray. I took a deep breath and the lead fell off... wtf
