I showed up on a Sunday without realizing I would need an appointment. Called the number on the door and the big guy showed up in 10 mins. Great customer service! Easy going, no pressure, very accommodating. Buying a car can be very stressful, that being said. My experience was a pleasure. Would most defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle Black creek Motors has a kind of home town charm that is refreshing

I dont think they like doing business with certain kinds of people. I phoned to ask them if they could do an oil change on my van, because I was told they were cheap. They told me they wouldnt because it was Quote Illegal Unquote.

I had their service department put a new engine in my truck. Very happy with the results, professional job. It took a couple of days longer than first estimated but very happy with price and job quality.

though I didn't buy a vehicle while I was there, I was well received and not bantered into buying, low pressure is a welcome thing these days. I will return to check out the inventory at this location.
