Spruce Grove Tire Plus goes above and beyond for our customers. We have incredibly good deals and do everything we can to help people. Our business has been thriving since January 2012, simply because of our good service and dedication to customers. When people have take advantage of our good nature, or have needlessly bad attitudes when we are trying to help, we cut off our relationship with them. We had explained to this customer that we had stopped ordering from a certain supplier, so we we no longer capable to get a specific tire for him. We offered our apologies, tried our best to find him a better deal, but he decided not to order. He did not let us know of any problem, and simply left. If he had told us of any inconvieniences we would have done everything we could to help. This review is wholey inaccurate. It is unfortunate to have one unhappy customer, but we have many customers that are happy with how we've helped them.
