Horrendous. Unacceptable level of *radio-silence* and zero customer service. Received contact back on a Tuesday that my driver could be fixed and picked up the following Monday. *Specified and confirmed dates in advance as Monday was a hard stop with travel involved for a tournament the following morning.* Was told "not a problem". Was quoted $150. Have followed up every day since. 6 emails, countless calls, voicemails, texts.. even FB. *Zero* response across the board. Go anywhere else.
