Expensive, shingles fell off, roof leaked water damage in our kitchen ceiling. We had to hire another roofing company to fix RAMs sloppy work. So far no other leaks in our roof. They picked up most of the nails in our yard, but failed to pick up the ones that fell into our neighbours yard. Extremely disappointed in this company.
