I called and was able to get in right away the same day I had a chip that cracked right away and they were able to fix it. Due to the weather the crack progressed but they were able to stop it and got me in immediately when I called. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when it’s time to replace my windshield

The team that has been built to work at this location is very well educated, to help with any questions you have about your vehicles windshield. They are quick at there job. the young lady at the front was very welcoming. the location is very easy to find. it is the best windshield replacement company I have ever brought my vehicle to in the 40 years of driving, and the price was less than the others in the city.

I have used this business over a number of years and they are consistently honest, efficient, and good communicators with respect to explaining the work needed, why, and what to expect when it is completed. They have also explained why some windshield damage does not require repair thus saving an unnecessary expense. That is so appreciated.

I was passing through Edmonton when the windscreen started to crack and spread very quickly - the folks at the East Edmonton location were able to patch it up even though the crack was longer than their warranty would cover. Staff are very friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the job done on my windshield for a small Rock chip.. Size of a 10cent can still see/ very visible crack.. And the crack web is still there...

I can't say enough good things about Windshield Surgeons Edmonton East. We are a school from out of province and our van was broken in to an hour before we were to leave to return home. I had the windshield surgeons replace my windshield yesterday and I am so pleased with the quick and excellent job. I had a huge rock smash my window right in driver view and had to have it replaced ASAP and they provided me with the best service I needed and no Hassel.
