Gateway Toyota has been my preferred dealership for over 20 years for both service & vehicle purchases. The staff is always helpful, courteous and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone with confidence.

I have bought a handful of tires from gateway Toyota and have been very impressed with the life and performance of them.

We had a signed agreement on a new 4Runner and had to wait a couple of months for it to come in. Due to the market the would not give incentives and we agreed to MSRP. Fine, however once the vehicle came in, and at the last moment without prior notice, they demanded a $5K “retainer” if we did not sell them out trade-in (at well below market) or use Toyota financing (at way above market rates) even though it was not in our agreement. We pushed back but they refused to honor their signed deal.

Would not recommend them. I needed to refinance my vehicle purchased from them. I called many times and sent several emails for 2 weeks before I finally heard from them. Information was withheld. I would suggest to ask for hidden terms and conditions. They absolutely do not care once they have your business.

When you are quoted a firm price, you ask for it in writing, it takes 4 days of chasing, and then finally when they put it in writing its gone up around $5k for the SAME vehicle, you know you are dealing a very poor quality company.....
