Poor customer service
First off the optometrist was great however it was her staff that I found turned me off. I expressed that I would only be needing contacts for boating and snowboarding yet the older lady at the counter tried to sell me for way over what I needed so she clearly didn't listen to a word that came out of my mouth. Then when it was time to buy the lenses I declined due to the fact that I could get them else where for $100 cheaper. In stead of trying to sell me on why there lenses are better or sell me on a lower quantity because clearly the price was the issue, she refused to answer questions and almost lost my sale on eye drops and solution because she tried to just cut me off right away and get me out the door. I will now not even go there for my eye exams.
