The agent, who didn't provide his name or contact info, was 45 minutes late and smelled like weed. Place was a mess and he said nothing about having it clean. He was rude too, so we sent the company an email and they sent us back more excuses. Would never rent from this company.

Misleading information, poor service, and money grab on move out. I have rented from several landlords with some being better than the others, but Continental takes the cake for being at the absolute bottom of my list. Side note: I find it funny that the 5 star reviewer shares the same last name as the CEO...

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! Me and my girlfriend rented a house from this management company a few months ago , since living here for a bit we've noticed things are broken , like the counters big cracks Im them that we're going to be fixed according to MEG our so called land lady who doesn't want you to call her ever ! Lol as well we've had electrical problems and now our hot water tank won't give more then 5 minutes of hot water , little hard to have a shower or use the dish washer like that !!! So they sent a Plummer , he takes a look and says it should have been replaced a long time ago , they're supposed to be replaced every 6 years by code ! So it's been over a month since then and no word , so I call today she tells me they're trying to get to funds and should maybe get a new one in May !!!! Almost another two months from now !! These people are snakes and not to mention incredibly rude ! Do not rent from these people if you can avoid it
