To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans Lire plus

Great service and friendly staff. I have been a customer at Fountain Tire for 2 years, which included buying winter tires and rims and then the spring change back to my all season tires with rims, plus tire storage. Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. Our first encounter with MG started two years ago when they installed an after-market cruise control. It worked perfectly until last month when, as we discovered, another garage disconnected it for diagnostics and forgot to plug it in again. Thanks to Drew and the ever-courteous Zaffir for such great service. The unit works like new. There is no doubt I will go there again or, suggest you do likewise. You will not be disappointed.
