These guys did a great job of "rescuing my car" when she decided to die on the 403 after work. I was driving home to Brampton and suddenly had no power. These guys coordinated with my timing and even took my car to my work and dropped it in Brantford so I could continue home with my wife. Dave is a nice fella and a great asset to your company. 10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

On Saturday Dec.15th, my car broke down. My son-in-law called the first towing company that came up on his cell and luckily it was A Action. Helio was the tow truck driver, he treated me with kindness and compassion, towed my car to my home and is in the process now of helping me get my car repaired.
