Excellent service! I took my car in after a small fender bender for an estimate and they were able to fix it right on the spot. It didn't even take that long, I went on my lunch break from work and was back at work with a fixed car on time. I had to book an estimate, but they were able to get me in within a week of calling them. Other places were booking well into the next couple months. They have made a customer for life. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus
