Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Dr. Boctor took her in, nursed her back to health and Molly now has the renewed ‘vim & vigour’ of a dog with a new lease on life. Mom and Dad would have been extremely grateful.. Thank you very much!

CATS ONLY!!!! What a brilliant idea!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere is very quiet, simple and even a little homey. Dr. Chivers is awesome. Will 'tell it like it is'. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting an appt. can be tricky due to one Dr. on-site but they try to accommodate based on need of visit. Follow up is good and I believe they truly love their jobs and taking care of cats only.

I took my cat to Skyway and was very happy with the service from all staff members I dealt with, from the reception to the veterinarians. Everyone was happy to see my kitty and showed genuine concern for her well-being. I will definitely be back, and would recommend Skyway to any pet owner!

There is not enough room in this box for me to write everything about how wonderful this clinic is. We consider them family and my Eddy and Francesca just adore everyone there. Dr. Trisha, Lindsey, Anne , Alicia , MacKenzie and Jason. ( sorry if we missed anyone) You won't find a better place to take your fur babies where the staff actually cares so much about not only your pet but you. They laugh and cry with you but basically love your pet as much as you do. Awesome!!!!

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. AMAZING TEAM !!!! Incredible experience twice !!!!!!! I have to take my dog in on Tuesday night since she was shaking and cant even walk and no appetite at all. Dr. Adel read all the results from my regular vet and diagnosed my dog immediately. And now my dog eats normal, wags her tail, gives kisses like nothing happened before.Your guys are incredible, trustworthy and thank you for doing such amazing compassionate and professional care in Niagara Region.

I knew my dog had Knots which I could not get out . I wanted a groomer that cares about my dog and that the style remain more shaggy than shaved bald. I was happy with end result and my dog is happy to walk in. Lots of communication prior to groom and I was called when my dog was finnished . reasonably priced : I compared.

This is a lovely place. Receptionist is warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Virdi for my sick cat who had urinary crystals. He gave me meds and lots of caring information. Cat is well today and I thank him so much. On a second visit I spoke with Dr. Verma when I was getting more food. Both vets show professional knowledge and caring attitude you want to see towards pets. I will now recommend this vet to my daughter.
