I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

We just moved to the area and needed a vet as our do has developed a skin condition and is constantly chewing her leg. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close. Very professional, good with our dog and they explained everything to us in detail and wanted us to be apart of the decisions that were made. Very fair, reasonable and honest!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care Dr. Pacia provided for my beloved Maverick. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and deeply cares about Maverick's well-being. My dog had spayed surgery here 1 week ago. The doctor is good, well skilled. They have done so many surgeries so lots of experience. The surgery went well. Now she is recovered very good. Only 1 week after the surgery, we can take her cone off and let her walk around the backyard. The stiches healing well. No problems at all.
My another dog had surgery at some other places and waiting time was 3 months, but here you can book it next week, so I'm happy with the short waiting time.

My cat was not feeling well and having accidents around the house, which was completely out of character. The staff were kind, patient and helped me figure out what was wrong and even changed her diet to ensure that it would help her. A couple of week later and there are no more accidents and she is feeling much better. I highly recommend Whites Road Animal Hospital for your fur babies.

I don't normally write reviews but Dr. Dhaliwal is one of those special kind of people who have truly found their calling. His skill as a vet is only surpassed by his compassion for animals and life. He puts the same attention of skill and care to my small farm animals as he does to our dog. He and Ruby have a calmness about them that instantly settles my animals down even when in pain as they seem to know instantly he is there to help. This is the only clinic I will ever use.
