Terrific in all aspects! Great communication throughout order, waiting for, and getting the part i needed! They were able to get me in the next day as well! Found myself actually just standing and chatting because everyone was so friendly! Absolutely awesome!

Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.

The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary. Once I got in town and test drove the car, the purchase process was quick and easy. Northland was definitely the best dealership I dealt with while car shopping. 10/10; would make the drive out again in the future for another car.
