I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. I contacted a few door companies to change my side-door. It required a customized order as the size was not standard (typical East York house). I did not get responses from any of the other companies. Maybe my order was probably too small for them. Allam at Newcastle was very quick to response and very easy to deal with.
