I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called. Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. Called for a repair/inspection as my evaporator coil was icing up, and asked to confirm that if low refrigerant was the problem that they could top up with R22. Technician phoned back and indicated they had no R22 in stock (no longer manufactured), and explained some other indicators of low refrigerant. Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One.
