Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. And I was grateful for the information she gave me on how I could better maintain my dogs coat between appointments. We are now regular clients - thanks Jan.

Grrr's groom. The best ever.
This girl takes time, patience and clips your dogs twice.
I now live in Calgary, pay higher fees for my dogs and have never had a great clip like she does.

Had all 4 of my boxers stay there, they LOVED IT!!!! So much room for them to run and play. Well taken care of, just like home. I don't think they wanted to leave.
I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!
In the past, I have had bad experiences at other boarding facilities, and was hesitant and found it very hard to trust a place that would treat my fur babies they way I think they should be cared for, and most of all they weren't scared and worried about being left.
I would trust leaving them 100℅
