Canyon Creek Toyota was my choice to visit for a car. Ashley is the person whom worked with me. She listened to my needs and gave me great considerations for my situation!! Financing was arranged for me and she, as far as I am concerned went out of her way and spent a lot of time to get me driving. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! Lei our sales person and Tony who handled our finances blew us away. Beginning to end they redefined the user car experience! Thank you!

I had a nightmare situation, and they were so awesome with me. They were compassionate, helpful and kind. I could write a book, but only have 350 more characters to use. I am a single working mom taking my 2 daughters on vacation. They saved our trip. I will forever be grateful! The Jeep was clean and solid too (not some cheap car with the bare minimums). I hugged them when we left (and I dont usually hug strangers), but they were awesome.
