The people at this store will take good care of you! The owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful and are great people to have a chat with! I haven't been a customer for very long but always feel great about their service. Great people to deal with. I purchased bmx parts from someone locally and had some serious issues with the parts. I went to a few local bike shops and got no help just attitude. I heard good things about Blackwell Cycle and Watercraft so I thought I'd give them a try. I had an excellent experience with the company. Everyone was courteous not just that but very helpful. I recommend this business and will definitely go there again.
