They have been amazing both times we've needed them. Tonight I even received a call 2hours after the service tech left asking how everything was going! Can't say enough good things!

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
