This is a nice little clinic just outside of the downtown bustle. Dr. Nichol has been very helpful and the staff are nice. Overall, the place has a very clean look and feel. Like all medical clinics, the wait can be a bit of a bore, but it's nothing unreasonable. Women looking for paps often need to book weeks in advance, so keep this in mind. :)

This physiotrapy and staff are great.Around 8 years i am maryam’s Patient.
She is the best physiotherapist that I have ever seen.she is very knowledgeable and professional.I had very bad knee injury and she did the best for me I also thankful of Farima she is professional too.now I am pain free and strongly recommended blue sky physiotrapy.

What a great bunch of people! Shannon literally got me back on my feet again after a bad hamstring injury. The only complaint is that they are getting so popular that I usually have to book a week or so ahead!!

During Covid back in 2020, I found I was unable to get in to see my Doctor. However, I was able to see Dr.Hamid immediately. He knew the severity of my problem with severe pain from Shingles and was able to prescribe the much needed medication. He also worked with me to increase the dosage higher. I went from desperation to relief and hope during a very horrible time, thanks Dr. Hamid.

I've been to your center before (July 15th, 2020), today about 8 AM.
I had ANOTHER great visit .... you had opened 15 minutes or so prior today's visit', BUT I was 1st in line and admitted to the waiting area within a MINUTE. THEN called within 5 minutes .... A GREAT START !!! THANKS.
I was instructed by a specialist Doc. 9 months later to get different X-rays and I have an an appointment with him on March 24th.
As it turns out I had the same X-ray Tech as I did in July 15th, 2020; Cat.

I've never needed a walk-in clinic till now, so I have no standard of comparison; but I consider my experience here to have been really good. Reception are polite and welcoming, everyone is kind and medically thorough, I have no complaints.
There was about an hour's wait from joining the queue outside, through the necessary formfilling, to seeing a doctor. I'm sure that that could have been worse given our abnormal conditions during the pandemic.

I am always treated the upmost respect at this clinic right from the doctors to the receptionist. I usually make an appt but even though I walk in the wait time is very short. on the down side, they do not like giving any pain meds out or benzo's. even if you have pain your better off going to hospital if your looking for any of those meds. Ever since there been a war on opioids they have cut back but its not the doctors fault. these are results passed down from the top. She is a doctor

Dr Minovi is wonderful. She is patient, sweet, and very kind. Best Dr. I have had in a long time. She tells me she can no longer take new clients as she is at capacity. I don't doubt it as it is hard to find a Dr who is there truly for the betterment of their patients.

I haven't had a family doctor for the past 20-odd years and always rely on a good medical clinic for any ailments that I may suffer through. This little clinic is easily one of my favourites. I have had a number of different doctors see me and each time the care is excellent and the doctor really cares about what I am telling them and makes sure that my chart is well noted for my next visit. The care is often so good that I wish that some of the doctors I see set up their own practices but alas that never seems to happen. I also find that they are amenable to referring you to specialists when they feel that is what you require based on your symptoms, etc. The only small, teeny tiny complaint I have is their "policy" of letting people come in, put their name on the list and then leave to come back at or around their allotted time. A couple of times I have walked in and thought that the wait would not be long judging by the number of people in the waiting area only to be told that the wait will be 2 hours or more. Sometimes waiting is the best policy though because people occasionally don't make it back in time and once you miss your slot they take the next person who is there. All in all, I can't say enough good things about the excellent care at Broadway & Burrard Medical Clinic!

Dr. Granger examined me, assessed my problem, showed me a photo in a book, prescribed a solution and sent me on my way. Very friendly, personable doctor. I am very grateful to this support.

He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

There is so much I can say about No Fear Counselling, but nothing would do it justice so I'll keep this short. Offir gave me my life back. I received fantastic therapy and advice which returned me to a normality that I thought was lost. Another thing I notice about Offir is that he genuinely cares about his clients and always does his best to find time for you. If you want a counselling service that you can trust, this is the one!

Dr. McNeill has been my family physician for several years. He has provided excellent healthcare services and has shown true compassion and concern for my well-being. He is thoughtful, listens and continues to keep abreast of new developments in medicine. I would recommend him to anyone. My only regret is that, as he nears retirement, I wont be able to continue seeing him for the remaining decades of my life.

The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.
