None of the many pieces have had to be returned for repairs, and when needed Terry Mooney provides excellent cleaning to bring some older pieces to look like new. Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!
