I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff! Lire plus

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location. Lire plus
