Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. There should be more people hired like him who are willing to do their job and not just dismiss customers.

HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me! Store is super clean!

Called Fix It for Less on February 22, 2025 at 3:30 pm because my IPad Pro was frozen and would not work. They asked if I wanted to come in and they would have a look at it. Arrived at 4 pm and my issue with my iPad pro was fixed in 2 minutes at zero cost! How amazing is that! Highly recommend the wonderfully honest friendly owners at the Pickering location. Thanks so much.
