I had an absolutely incredible experience at Blu Ivory Bridal! I went to 5 different bridal shops in my wedding dress shopping escapades and can safely say that Blu Ivory was by far my favourite. The entire team was very welcoming and kind, but Madison (the manager) helped me in my appointment and was literally the BEST! Esti Thank you! While looking for mother of the bride we did not make an appointment but Esti was short staffed welcomed us in with. No issues let us freely walk around and pick dresses and had my mom and I stay after she was closed to keep trying in along with going to get other dresses she thought my mom would like all while her child was sick at home. Amazing customer serivce amazing person in general so warm and inviting over all would not hesitate to go backnot like other boutiques.

I needed a tux for 2 weddings in one day however at the last minute I had to go to the US the day prior for a funeral so did not get a chance to make preparations. I arrived at 11am to this location and was perfectly fitted and arrived for my first wedding for12pm looking like a million dollars. This bridal boutique offers many surprises. The small shop quietly boasts several well noted bridal labels to choose from. The owner gently guided me through the try on and decision process. She never pressured or pushed, but gave great advise on various gowns I tried on. I did buy my gown at Richmond Hill Bridal Boutique - loved the experience, the selection, the service, the sweetest lady ever who owns the shop.... and I love my dress. I've recently shed 50 lbs. i thought i would have to get a whole new wardrobe to go with my new figure, until a friend of mine recommended i go to Irene's. she's done such a wonderful job, i cant convey my thanks into words. she is very professional and has a great eye for fashion. i had high end designer clothing that had many small delicate details, after a trip to Irene's my clothes never looked better. as a matter of fact, i like it more now then when i first bought it.
