Tow driver (Corey) identified the issue within minutes of me pulling the car out to tow it to Ford. Issue was caused by laziness of Ford's mechanics. It was simple for Corey to fix and no tow was needed. He was super chill, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
