Chrissy and Randy treat each customer that enters their store like family and go above and beyond to help in any way. As I observed while in the store Chrissy calls most everyone by first name and if it was a special order she knew just what it was

Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.

Home hardware on Russell street are the best ! They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... I live at the opposite end of the city but it is worth the extra time it takes me to get there !!!
