Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!

I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.

He answered all my questions and came by to give a free estimate.
He fixed my furnace fan(use to make strong sound when kick in to work)
Paul also installed AC for me.
