I would 100% recommend Lori to anyone looking for a pet sitter, or for someone with experience and extensive knowledge of animal care! Lori has been a joy to work with, and put me completely at ease with her warm, friendly personality when I approached her to pet sit my cat Rosie. Rosie adored her time with Lori, and felt safe and at ease in her presence. I would also recommend Lori’s consultation services to anyone who would like more information of how to best provide for their pet’s health.

I am always extremely pleased with the service we receive. My Cockapoo is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. Michelle has great experience with different breeds temperaments and coats, she is great with my dog and he is very comfortable with her. My dog always looks and smells great, he also gets an adorable bandanna when he’s all finished! The end result is all around fantastic! I highly recommend The Groom Miester :)

We brought our sick cat to them on a long weekend and they gave him the best care.They explained everything upfront what they would do and the cost. They phoned us with updates and they were amazing when we were calling back for updates.They called us everytime there was a change good or bad. They are very kind from the front desk to every person employed there. They are very reasonably priced. Most importantly they saved our cats life. I just moved to the area and found Pride in Grooming online. I wanted to avoid a crowded salon experience for my giant schnauzer and searched for an at-home groomer. The house was clean and ready for my dog's arrival & Greg's friendly personality put us all at ease. The grooming was outstanding, he did just what we asked & left no tufts untrimmed! Prices are overly reasonable for the care & attention. Our dog is proud & prancy so I am happy to say we have found our groomer in Kitchener.
