Ongoing problems with new Blomberg Fridge at our résidence north end Brockville. After careful examination and assessment, McCann technician identified that a waterline behind an interior panel had been damaged during manufacturing process. He was able to replace line on-site. Very polite and competent.

Had the technician in on Tuesday, he identified the problem quickly and was back on Thursday with a replacement part. In two short visits, the problem was resolved. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you

Called Friday night, got a call back first thing Monday morning and serviceman was on our doorstep just after noon.
Gas oven problem fixed quickly without fuss, bother or gobbledegook.
